Alarune Trade Standards Charter

A Sovereign Framework for Trade, Cultural Integrity, and Enduring Partnership

Established under the Sovereign Authority of the Hunnic Matinecock Tribal Nation, the Royal House of Alarune, and the Sovereign Order of Continuity
Administered by Herbert Norse Regalis

Preamble

The Alarune Trade Standards Charter establishes a sovereign-aligned standard for trade, cultural exchange, and partnership.

It arises from the continuity of tribal authority, carried through lineage, upheld through ecclesiastical stewardship, and reinforced through sovereign order.

This Charter does not regulate trade in the conventional sense.
It defines the conditions under which trade is recognized.

It establishes a basis for exchange grounded in legitimacy, origin, and responsibility across generations.

Participation within the Alarune Trade Mark community reflects alignment with these standards and the authority from which they arise.

I. Principles of Sovereign-Aligned Trade

Those recognized under the Alarune Trade Mark uphold the following principles:

Cultural Integrity

All goods, works, and initiatives reflect and honor the cultural, spiritual, and historical origins from which they arise.

Truthful Representation

Identity, lineage, affiliation, and origin are presented with clarity and accuracy, without distortion, fabrication, or appropriation.

Respect for Living Traditions

Trade does not diminish, misuse, or commodify sacred practices, ancestral symbols, or traditions held by living custodial communities and recognized authorities.

Transparency in Exchange

Sourcing, processing, and exchange are conducted with sufficient clarity to sustain trust and accountability among all parties.

Stewardship and Regenerative Responsibility

Activity reflects responsibility toward community, environment, and continuity, with preference given to practices that sustain and regenerate rather than extract.

II. Safeguards of Legitimacy

The following actions are incompatible with recognition under this Charter:

  • False or unsubstantiated claims of tribal, royal, or ecclesiastical status or affiliation
  • Misrepresentation of cultural, spiritual, or lineage-based origin
  • Unauthorized commercialization of sacred or restricted cultural materials
  • Exploitative or disrespectful use of Indigenous or ancestral symbolism
  • Misuse or misrepresentation of the Alarune Trade Mark

These safeguards preserve legitimacy, protect origin, and maintain the integrity of recognized exchange.

III. Cultural Respect and Partnership

Trade is not separate from origin.

Accordingly, those aligned under this Charter:

  • acknowledge cultural sources with accuracy and respect
  • engage originating communities in good faith where applicable
  • maintain pathways of shared benefit where continuity and origin require it

Matters of cultural concern may be raised by recognized custodians or representative bodies and are received for consideration through Herbert Norse Regalis.

IV. Guidance and Resolution

Matters arising under this Charter are addressed through a structured, non-adversarial process, including:

  • advisory guidance
  • cultural mediation
  • ethics-based review
  • structured resolution pathways

The objective is restoration of alignment and preservation of continuity.

V. Continuity Review

Recognition under the Alarune Trade Mark is subject to periodic review to ensure:

  • accuracy of representation
  • continued alignment with this Charter
  • integrity of practice over time

This process maintains continuity of recognition rather than enforcement of compliance.

Final Statement

The Alarune Trade Standards Charter stands as a living expression of sovereign-aligned trade.

It affirms that exchange, when properly conducted, is not merely transactional—
it is relational, cultural, and intergenerational.

Recognition under this Charter reflects a standing commitment:

to honor origin,
to preserve meaning,
and to conduct exchange with dignity among aligned partners.
